This is a 50 minute hatha-style yoga class that is suitable for all levels of experience and all bodies. The goal is to connect mind, body, and breath in a way that feels true to you, throughout our guided sequence. Find a quiet space where you can roll out a yoga mat or towel. Blocks, blankets, and bolsters are all welcome and all optional.
